I have created this blog post to keep record of the comments I have made on my classmates blogs!
- Weekly Reflection #1- Learning, Motivation, and Theory- Anna EDCI 335 Hello Anna!! Although I did read through some of you most recent blog posts, I wanted to go back and comment on your first reflection. Your blog is very well organized and your content flows, almost like you’ve done this before 😉 I liked that you embedded a multimedia element into your reflection, the video definitely enhances your writing. Which method do you find works best for you as a learner? and is there a method that you find works best for you when instructing?
2. Post 3: Ensuring Inclusive learning for Our Cyberbullying Resource- Devin EDCI 335
Hello Devin!! Great job on this blog post, I like the chosen topic of cyberbullying. This is a crucial lesson for everyone and making it inclusive creates accessibility for all learners! I appreciate your use of headings, specifically “Why can’t inclusivity be an afterthought?” It is important for educators to constantly be thinking about all of their students, their needs, and capabilities while planning any lesson instead of trying to act on challenges as they arise! I wonder if you could have found a multimedia element to add into this blog? This would enhance your ideas and make your blog more inclusive for different learners too!
3. Climate change- Reason Impacts and Actions- Vicci EDCI 335
Hello, this is a great topic to dive into for this project and I enjoyed reading through your post! Your references are great and good job at imbedding the links into the text itself, it can be hard for some people that are newer to this technology but it looks so much better. I think your target audience is head on, it is important to teach students concepts and real world issues like this at that age. I am excited to read more about this project later on, good job!
4. Coding with Confidence: How Learning to Program Changed the Way I Learn Tanuji EDCI 335
Hello Tanuji!! I really like how organized your blog is and how your posts are divided into sections. Your posts are eye candy and you include lots of helpful content throughout your reflections. I appreciate your thoughts on coding/ programming. I completely agree, practice and experience build confidence! I am happy to hear that something within technology has enhanced the way you learn. Personally coding has never been my thing but both of my brothers are really into it… is there something that got you into it?
Awesome blog post, thank you for sharing!
5. Post 4 ~ Interaction- Hanne EDCI 335
Hello Hanne!! I wanted to comment on the growth you have made throughout your creation of blog posts this semester. I went back through you blog and when comparing your first post to this one there is clear growth! I appreciate your effort, your use of divided parts with headings and especially the amount multimedia aspects you now incorporate into your blogs. Specifically the multimedia use is very beneficial and makes your blog more accessible for all learners, it also enhances your written work! Although this semester was very short, you’ve done amazing throughout this condensed course, be proud of yourself!
